ASSOCIATE MEMBERS:
Associate Members make up a large portion of the CA Republican Party's grassroots. It is imperative that the party utilizes this resource and communicates with the voters and grassroots organizations through the associate membership. Over the next two years, I will continue to build a permanent communications infrastructure between the CRP Board of Directors and the Associate Membership. This new communications network will ensure all Associate Members are properly informed so they can communicate the message of the Party.

  NETWORKED COMMUNICATION:
Communication is imperative to the success of our candidates and the success of the Republican Party in California. As your Associate Representative I am committed to working closely with the CRP Volunteer Organizations Committee to build lines of communication among the Volunteer Organizations. I am committed to helping the Volunteer Organizations Committee increase its effectiveness as a forum for grassroots leaders. By working and learning together we can ensure that CRP effectively uses its volunteer resources for President Bush and candidates in the future.

Every volunteer organization working for the California Republican Party has unique strengths and characteristics to bring to the table. It is my vision to create a "powerhouse" grassroots network for the reelection of President Bush and for all of our future candidates. Establishing inter-communication and connecting our many grassroots organizations, we can help each other by sharing our strengths and our resources. All Republican volunteers in California will share something in common in 2004: We will all be working to reelect President George W. Bush.

  RECRUITING AND EXPANDING THE BASE:
We need more Associate Members. I am committed to working with our Party leaders and the CRP Volunteer Organization Committee to expand the Associate Membership. Realistically, we can look forward to doubling the number of people who hold Associate Memberships. We can then direct these people to volunteer organizations where they will help the Party elect Republicans. The Associate Membership is the universal tool for recruiting volunteers and activists for the California Republican Party. Communication will be the key to a successful ongoing recruitment process. I will work with Republican Party County Chairmen and statewide volunteer organization leaders to promote the CRP Associate Membership.

  INCORPORATING YOUTH INTO THE PARTY:
CRP must incorporate the youth in the Party. The Associate Membership is an excellent place for the youth to get involved with the Party. Associate Membership offers an opportunity for the leaders of tomorrow to gain access and experience working in the grassroots community. I am committed to working with the Party to ensure we are not only reaching out to the youth but are also involving them.

Youth Associates are the next generation of leadership. I am committed to building the framework through the Associate Membership to train the next generation of CRP leaders. Associate Members between the ages of 16-24 must be given the training and experience to prepare for the grassroots community. The question is when, not if the youth will lead our great party. I am committed to preparing them today.

Mobilize the youth. Youth volunteers are among the most energetic volunteers around. I will work diligently with the CRP to ensure that we utilize all of the potential our youth volunteers have to offer.

  MOBILIZING FOR GEORGE W. BUSH!:
Everything we do is for the reelection of the President! Let's not lose sight of the big picture. Our primary goal is to reelect George W. Bush. All my efforts, energy, and plans as Associate Representative are in spirit with this goal. Please, help me make the Associate Membership the best it can be for President Bush in 2004!
